The app will be removed from the app store effective April 1, 2022. Any new users will not be able to download or use the app.
Will the Sugar.IQ™ app be available to customers who downloaded it before March 31, 2022?
Existing users will no longer be able to access the Sugar.IQ™ app after this date as their login will be disabled.
Will an existing customer be able to access their logged information after Sugar.IQ is no longer available?
Sugar.IQ app users will not be able to access logged information on the app after the discontinuation date.
Is there an alternative app that we can offer to existing Sugar.IQ™ app users?
At this time there is not a replacement for the Sugar.IQ app.
