Programs to help you stay on therapy
Payment relief
If you lose your job and health insurance, you may receive up to 3-months of glucose sensors, infusion sets and reservoirs at no cost.∆
Required documentation
Proof of loss of job after March 15, 2020 (e.g. unemployment letter or previous employer’s confirmation)
Proof of loss of health insurance after March 15, 2020 (e.g. termination letter from health insurance)
Payment deferral
Defer payments for up to 3 months if you or a family member is laid off or furloughed from their job.§
Required documentation
Proof of job loss or furloughed after March 15, 2020 (e.g. unemployment letter, previous employer’s confirmation, proof of reduction of hours or furlough letter)
Financial assistance
For the purchase of ongoing supplies, aid is available to those that are significantly impacted with overall healthcare costs.

Payment Relief
∆ Program is only for customers who purchased supplies directly from Medtronic. Pump supplies include infusion set, reservoir and glucose sensor. Documentation required, including proof of loss of job and health insurance after March 15, 2020. Program terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and without notice. Other restrictions may apply.
Payment Deferral
§ The maximum allowable timeframe for an individual customer deferral is 90 days. You may reapply at any time if you have been approved for 30 or 60 day deferral for a maximum of 90 days. Documentation is required for 60 or 90 day deferral. Documentation must include information about the job loss or furlough for you or a family member. If you do not have documentation, you will be offered the 30 day deferral.
