Insulin cartridges can be ordered from the same pharmacy where you get your diabetes supplies.

The following InPens are currently compatible with the listed insulins:

InPen Lilly

InPen Novo

  • Novolog® U-100 3mL PenFill cartridges
  • Fiasp® U-100 3mL PenFill cartridges

InPen is covered by a majority of insurance plans. The easiest way to determine your coverage is to visit our Get InPen page and submit your information. We will then provide a no-obligation verification of your insurance benefits.

The InPen requires no charging and lasts for one year of use, which begins when you pair the pen to your smartphone.

Yes! InPen is available through most retail pharmacies.

Yes! One of our amazing features is that you can pair as many InPens as you need to the app. This enables the flexibility for you to have one InPen at home and another at work or school.

Note: Make sure your paired device is within range of your InPen when you dose. Your InPen app will automatically sync doses from all paired InPen(s) when within range.

Yes. The InPen system tracks and automatically differentiates prime and therapy doses.

Note: Be sure to dose within 2 minutes of priming. If too much time passes between your prime and your dose, you will need to manually designate the prime within the logbook.

No, the LG Stylo is not currently compatible with the InPen app.

Android requires location access to use Bluetooth and the “allow all the time” option is the only setting that allows the app to connect and retrieve doses while in the background. The app never logs or tracks the location.
