Big news to share: our next chapter!

Today, we shared some big news! Medtronic announced its intent to separate our Diabetes business into a standalone, public company. This next chapter enables us to relentlessly focus and accelerate strategic investments in areas that will most benefit you — from breakthrough innovations, five-star customer experience to scaling automated manufacturing to meet growing demand for our technologies. We’re unique in Medtronic as a direct-to-consumer business so this is a win-win as it allows both companies to strategically focus on our core strengths. This taps into our heritage as an independent business with a singular focus on making life with diabetes easier. This next chapter will allow us to accelerate technologies that give people the freedom to forget about diabetes and live their best life. This is our North Star and will continue to guide all our decisions. We’ve proudly served this community for over 40 years, and we’ll continue to lead the next frontier of innovations until a cure is found.
