We have an easy solution to making sure you have most of your diabetes supplies covered. You can enroll in our completely customizable Auto Reorder program.
We have two options for enrolling in Auto Reorder. You can visit the Auto Reorder tool on our online store at my.medtronicdiabetes.com  or give our customer service team a call at 800-646-4633, option 2.
The easiest way to add product to Auto Reorder is to log-in to the online store and click the Order History button at the top of the store.
By logging in to the online store, you’ll be able to view a history of all supplies you’ve ordered from Medtronic in the past – whether you’ve ordered them on the store or from speaking with one of our representatives.
From there, it’s simple! First, select which items you want to add to Auto Reorder. Then, make sure you’re ok with the first order date (you can update this to the date you’d like the order to be shipped) and select an order frequency for how often you’d like each item sent to you.
By clicking on the question mark next to “How much should I order,” you’ll be able to pull up a chart that will let you decide what quantity of each item you’ll need based on your current daily habits. Once you’ve confirmed all of these details and click “Add to Auto-Reorder” – you’re good to go! Your items will be added to the Auto Reorder program and your next order will be processed within the schedule you’ve selected*.
One of the best features of managing your Auto Reorder account online is the ability to easily delay and reschedule your orders as needed. Just log back in and head to your Auto Reorder list to modify, but make sure to click the blue “Update” button to save any changes.
All Auto Reorder items will be processed according to your insurance coverage on file. Please contact us if your address, insurance, doctor or e-mail address has changed, to ensure we process your order accordingly.
Some insurance companies do not allow for automatic orders to be created but if there are issues with processing your order or the quantities your insurance will allow – we will contact you.
