Inside Sales

The Diabetes Therapy Associate (DTA) is the "inside member" of an integrated sales team who works in partnership with field sales personnel to sell insulin pump therapy and coordinate benefits for patients with diabetes. The DTA spends a significant amount of time on the phone and fosters strong relationships with patients, health care providers, insurance companies and sales representatives. Responsibilities include working with field sales personnel to manage required documentation and guiding patients and physicians through the process of obtaining insulin pumps. 24-Hour Help Desk: Our 24-hour help desk provides customer service and technical support for customers experiencing an issue with or who have a question about their medical device or related Medtronic products. We currently have only day time shifts available at this time in San Antonio. Due to the depth of specialized knowledge required, training is extensive and requires a strong commitment to succeed.

Supply Order Sales: Our supply order sales team provides customer service and order processing support for customers using our medical devices and insulin therapy products. Responsibilities include accurately documenting customer requests and processing orders promoting products that will benefit customers.
