Medtronic Diabetes provides a competitive benefits package to its full-time employees.

We are proud to offer a variety of options on our medical and dental plans. Employees can mix and match their desired coverage to cater to the individual needs of their families. We also offer Flexible Spending Accounts (Section 125), to assist the employee in using pre-tax dollars for insurance premiums, medical expenses and dependent care.

Many of Medtronic Diabetes's benefits are company-paid. Among these are a comprehensive vision plan, short-term and long-term disability, term life insurance/AD&D, and an Employee Assistance Program.

We also help employees plan ahead for their futures. We offer a 401(k) Plan, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan and Tuition Reimbursement to eligible employees. Our 401(k) Plan has 100% vestment after only 5 years of service, and grows with the assistance of employer contributions. Additionally, eligible employees may purchase company stock at a 15% discount. Finally, a substantial tuition reimbursement program for eligible employees helps to offset the costs of tuition and materials.

Full-time employees are also provided paid vacation time, certain paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) immediately upon hire. Time is accrued and can be used throughout the year. We also have paid Jury Duty time and bereavement leave for eligible employees.

Medtronic Diabetes also offers direct deposit, access to credit union memberships, and discounts on tickets for attractions and special events.
